Gillian Adams is a Personal Trainer based in Inverkip, Scotland, and she is the founder of Get fit in 30. Gillian is a highly qualified and experienced Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach, who is dedicated to helping women achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle.

With Get Fit in 30 Gillian offers personalised fitness programmes that are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients. Whether  you are looking to lose weight, build muscle or improve your overall health & fitness, Gillian has the expertise and experience to help you achieve your goals.

Gillian's approach to Personal Training is holistic and comprehensive. She believes that fitness is not just about working out, but also about making healthy lifestyle choices. That's why she offers nutrition & lifestyle coaching and support as part of her personal training programmes. Gillian works with her clients to develop healthy eating habits and provides them with the tools and knowledge they need to make healthy choices on their own.

One of the things that sets Gillian apart from other PTs is her commitment to making fitness accessible to all. She understands that not everyone has the time or resources to commit to long gym sessions or expensive fitness classes. That's why she designed her Get Fit in 30 Programme to be efficient and effective, with workouts that can be completed in just 30 minutes per day.

Love the variety involved in all your classes...you help out with ensuring the correct positions are used...can't escape on Zoom, lol. Even doing the recorded classes I still feel I'm being watched so keep giving it my all. You have converted me from the gym...oh and only 1 class of PiYo done and I love it!

I can't thank Gillian enough during these past few months for doing online classes.
