Intense, sweaty and over in 30 minutes

High intensity circuit training using functional equipment:

Battleropes, Slam balls, Weight plates, Kettlebells, Power bags, Plyo boxes, Skipping ropes and more.

Boost Metabolism, build strength and power. Suitable for all fitness levels. 30 minute class every Monday 6.15pm Inverkip Community Hub. (Class Passes available).

 

Functional stretching, mobility, stability and strength training for women struggling with the menopause.

The central theme is connection between mind and movement.

30 min class every Monday at 6.45pm in Inverkip Hub. (Class Passes available).

Sculpt lean muscle and turn your body into a fat-burning machine.

Strength training to build a strong and healthy body.​ Menofit Strong uses barbells and weights to build lean muscle, increasing your metabolism and causing calories to be burned even after the workout is over. Smart, safe and progressive movements ensure no fitness level is left behind.​

 

60 min class every Tuesday morning at 10.00 am in Inverkip Community Hub.
